Biscuits

Among Italy's countless culinary delights, an important role is certainly occupied by confectionery production, from artisanal biscuits to a wide selection of local sweets and cakes, each characterised by a strong regionality and local identity.

In our range we only include products characterised by strong craftsmanship using only fresh and genuine ingredients, the fruit of ancient recipes handed down through generations. The basic ingredients are of course always the same: flour, sugar, eggs to which cocoa, chocolate, cream, hazelnuts, milk, honey, almonds, etc. can be added.

Products

The difference in the artisan sector lies in the quality of the raw material, better quality flour and eggs, sugar and butter. No use of vegetable oils or glucose or corn syrup as in industrial products. Our focus is therefore on high pastry products, because they are definitely tastier and certainly healthier. Our assortment also includes many organic and gluten-free confectionery products.
