Passerina is a white grape variety native to central Italy. The curious name Passerina seems to come from the sparrows, fond of its small grapes.
Purely Passerina wines have a straw yellow color with greenish hues and an olfactory range that ranges from tropical fruit to citrus fruits, with honeyed and sometimes herbaceous notes, finished with spices.
