The wine obtained from the Susumaniello vine is ruby red in colour; on the palate it is fresh, fruity, herbaceous, tannic, well structured, dominated by thundering tannins. The aromas of the bouquet composed of ripe red fruit, spices, dried flowers and balsamic notes of olives and Mediterranean scrub.
