Tomato

The tomato is one of the many symbols of Italy. It can be said to be one of the components that has made Italian cuisine famous and immortal all over the world. Our country is a leader in the production of preserved and processed tomatoes: almost 15% of the entire world production comes from Italy and, within Europe, about half of the production is Made in Italy.

Our company is located in a strategic geographical context, just a few kilometres from the main tomato processing area between the provinces of Salerno and Naples and, thanks to our direct connection with the main local producers, we are therefore able to offer our customers top quality tomatoes both in tins and in glass, both for the catering and retail channels.

Products

We can offer a very wide range of peeled tomatoes, in various formats and processes (whole, pulps, purees, concentrates) and all the other best-known types of tomatoes from southern Italy. In fact, we have in our range the most appreciated and best-selling qualities in the world, including the San Marzano dell'Agro Sarnese-Nocerino DOP tomato, which is excellence, true Italian pride, and the most sought-after in the world. Then there is the Piennolo tomato, cultivated on Mount Vesuvius, whose name derives from its preservation technique, the 'piennolo', i.e. the pendulum technique.
